Ba’get VIP Terms and Conditions

 

1.       By registering as a Ba’get VIP Member, you consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2.       To enjoy the benefits of Ba’get VIP, you are required to provide us with a valid email address however on completing the registration form, you can select not to receive emails from us.

3.       For every main meal purchase made within any participating Australian Ba’get store, you will be awarded 1 (one) Ba’get Stamp. Ba’get Stamps will not be issued or redeemed at mobile or temporary Ba’get stores.

4.       Ba’get Stamps are calculated on the total main meals purchased and are only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Main Meals are classified as regular priced Ba’get, Vermicelli Bowl, Broken Rice plate or 3 Pack Rice Paper Roll. Ba’get Stamps are not accrued from any other item, special or discounted main.

5.       Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, Ba’get Stamps are non-refundable and will not be redeemed for cash nor will cash change be given if not all Ba’get Stamps are redeemed in one transaction. No interest or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Ba’get VIP card will accrue, be paid or be credited to you by Ba’get.

6.       To earn Ba’get Stamps, you must first collect a card from any participating Ba’get store and activate it online. Ba’get Stamps will be transferred onto your Ba’get VIP card after each transaction at the rate as outlined in point 3.

7.       To redeem Ba’get Stamps, you must register your card at www.baget.com.au/register/ completing all required fields. Within 24hours of registering online you'll be able to start collecting Ba’get Stamps.

8.       Ten (10) Ba’get Stamps are redeemable for one (1) standard main meal item within any participating Ba’get store (subject to availability) at the retail price in-store. Add ons or customisation of the main meal are charged extra. 

9.       Ba’get accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided by followers on web forms or the like.

10.   Ba’get  VIP cards cannot be used in conjunction with, Buy 10 get 1 free cards, Buy 10 get 1 free coffee loyalty cards, or any other Discount/Free item Cards. 

11.   Ba’get  VIP cards cannot be used in conjunction with discounts offered to Shopping Centre retailers.

12. On occasions Ba’get will run promotions for Ba’get VIP members. These promotions will be subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified.

14.   Only one Ba’get  VIP card and account is permitted per person.

15.   A maximum of 100 Ba’get stamps are permitted on your Ba’get VIP card.

16.   While every effort will be made in store to ensure stamps are correctly awarded, Ba’get takes no responsibility for errors associated with crediting Ba’get Stamps onto the members Ba’get VIP card.

17.   If you have misplaced your card please visit one of our stores to pick up a replacement. Once you have obtained your replacement card please return to this page and complete the details below to activate the new card on your account. Please note that activating a new card will automatically cancel the old card number linked to your account.

18.   Every effort will be made to ensure that any Ba’get  Stamps on the lost or stolen card are transferred to the new card, however Ba’get will not be held responsible for any Ba’get  Stamps accrued that are lost in the transfer.

19.   Ba’get reserves the right to refuse use of a Ba’get  VIP card on suspicion of unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use. Where this occurs, the account and card will be cancelled and any Ba’get  Stamps will be lost.

20.   Ba’get staff reserve the right to request photo identification in the form of a valid Driver's License or Proof of Age card to ensure the Ba’get  VIP card belongs to nominated card holder.

21.   No fees are charged by Ba’get for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Ba’get  VIP loyalty program.

22.   In the event of no internet connection within any Ba’get store, you can earn but not redeem Ba’get Stamps. To earn Ba’get  Stamps you must have your receipt stamped and signed by the Ba’get store manager upon purchase. The signed receipt must be scanned and emailed to info@baget.com.au.

23.   Information collected from members at the time of registering as a Ba’get VIP Member is subject to Ba’get's Privacy Policy listed at www.baget.com.au

24.   Ba’get reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by notifying you by email, or by changing the terms and conditions on our website.
